Hello darlings, I hope you're all feeling fabulous. This week's Knob by the Hob recipe is a Keto diet inspired avocado bread! These tasty avocado patties are a great source of protein and good fats...and when you top them with smoked salmon and cottage cheese they're even better. As you know I've been adapting my diet for health reasons, and avocado bread has been a great new addition to my routine, I highly recommend you give it a go too!
