Thanks,news to me pumpkin seeds high in phosphorus..as have been having kidney probs and itchy for months...awaiting bloods results.

Sir you are eminent in this subject and dealt in detail But pumpkin seeds in turn very useful in dealing with ...prostrate issue ..in activation ED...and in some other crucial issues We would have felt happy if you have sir ...to suggest ... limitations in usage or less quantity ..like that... THE CREATOR warns of being gluttonous, HE recommends a regular fast too. Wild animals don't have medical support outside fasting an illness off. THE LORD ALMIGHTY put something in our systems we are not tapping into it's benefits. Nuts and seeds are the pillars of health naturally, that is organic stuff. Trouble is, some old philanthropist is on a war path. Good thing is his day with THE CREATOR is inevitable.

I hate all these KZbinrs that tell you eat pumpkin seeds but in moderation but DO NOT tell you what the heck is moderation in this context!!! grrrrrr!! 1 oz? 50 pepitas? 300? 2 oz? Please advice! Thank you
