Thanks for your concern, im Still recovering from cough. Thanks alot hope you can try. Yes you can use stand mixer to slowly knead 15minutes on low speed

Hi Iwen, I tested this recipe twice and so far so good. I also tried the bagel this morning which i have frozen for a few days and it still tasted good. Thanks for your great sharing. My daugther has suggested me to try with oat flour, but I am wondering if i can still use the same amount of flour or i need to mix with high protein flour? Thanks.
