•Ingredients: # chestnuts pastry
Chestnuts 600 grams(after being peeled, it's 410 grams) 0:40,
• Cook it for about 25 mins. If we beat it to be very thin then we need to add some water in it.
Oil 50 grams 2:12,
White granular sugar 60 grams, 2:20,
Flour made by soaked glutinous rice 200 grams, 2:58,
White granular sugar 30 grams, 3:04,
Milk 220 grams 3:08,
Butter 30 grams 3:36,
All-purpose flour (for oil crust), 300 grams 4:12,
Lard 60 grams,4:16,
Water about 150 grams,4:22,
All-purpose flour 300 grams(for pastry) 5:07,
Lard 150 grams, 5:10,
One egg yolk, some black sesame,8:15,
With 50 grams of dough and 40 grams of pastry, we can make 2 pieces of crust.
Chestnuts paste 35 grams, glutinous rice proper amount.
• We can replace the lard with butter or cooking oil. If we use liquid oil, reduce the amount of oil properly. Just till the ingredients coagulates.
• Baking setting: preheat the oven for 10 mins at upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees, put it in middle of oven and bake it for about 22 mins.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
