I don't know why but I never registered Prime Arcee as a sex symbol when I first watched TFP. It took me my 4th rewatch to realize Arcee's design wasn't just cool blues and silvers. She straight up had a middrift 💀💀💀

Look up Beast Wars Uprising Transmutate. I physically need a toy of her right now and I'm not kidding. Context: BWU is a series of prose stories released at official Transformers conventions that is a reimagining of the entirety of the Beast Wars section of the franchise, except it's set on Cybertron, everyone turns into vehicles instead of animals and there's a fuckton of politics and stuff. Transmutate was a one-off character from the original BW cartoon that was a deformerd and defective protoform with unfathomable power featured in a pretty depressing episode. Now, BWU Transmutate instead is essentially a yellow and green repaint of Prime Arcee, except she's just the most adorable thing on Cybertron and she's very much autistic-coded. Her toy was a convention exclusive, and I'll never forgive Hasbro for never making a TF Legacy repaint of Arcee in her colors.
