The results are so quick and amazing I wish I had found you sooner. It feels great to be challenged again and get a good booty and thigh burn. Yoga had conditioned my body to “ squats” and nothing seemed to challenge my body anymore till these. Thank you so much! 41 years young 🥰

So I started adding other workouts of Bailey’s and I am HOOKED!! I love all her Arms and Abs combos too!!! slim waist +toned pilates arms is my favorite
