Nice video! I will try it and see what happens n.n I was in boxing class and after we finnished conditioning i decided to do a fee kicks befor going for the heavy bag, i did a "cartwheel kick" a high front kick and a tornado kick... After that, when i was at the heavy bag, i saw a guy trying to kick between combinations, and he wasnt too bad, but he wasnt very good neither, so i went to him and told him a few tips to kick better, it was alot of fun n_n

alex I was a 1 dan bb in tkd. stopped all the spinning and jumping stuff when I picked up boxing and grappling. though I don't do any of them as much I would like to. I recently tried to do the tornado kick. make a video on it and maintaining direction when landing please. a detailed video on the tornado please.

Rafael Santos Splits are the most painful tasks in martial arts .. Your remedy is 'NO PAIN NO GAIN' .. You have to stretch more and more .. you may use a partner for the help ! Believe in yourself and understand your body .. you can not master it in few days .. So enjoy the pain !
