Namaste. I've heard somewhere that its unadvisable to do a yoga directly from a video because apparently it causes uncomfortable body sensations and restrains full benefit from the technique. How can we make the most of the technique without a teacher if performing on ourselves? Please tell me if the following suggestion is correct and if there's anything else to do: write down the steps from the video, then listen to the body (natural yoga), then ponder the aim (heart), then visualise how it should feel, and then go back to natural yoga hoping that your memory will act out the marma?
