[Barbecue Pork Ribs Ingredients] - 4 servings -
- Ingredients: 1kg Pork ribs, Parsley
- Boiling Meat: 8 cups of Water, 1tbsp Soybean paste, 1/2 Green onion(green part), 5 grain Garlic, 2 Bay leaf, 10 Peppercorn
- Sauce: 3tbsp Barbecue sauce, 3tbsp Cooking wine, 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Oligosaccharide, 2tbsp Ketchup, 1tbsp Minced garlic, Pepper

[Instruction]
1.Soak pork ribs in cold water for about 30 minutes to drain the blood. In a large pot, put all the ingredients for boiling and cook the meat for 30 minutes. Divide each rib to make it easier to eat.
2.Mix well the ingredients for sauce. Coat the ribs with sauce.
3.Cook the ribs in the oven heated to 220°C for 10 minutes. Put some more sauce all over the ribs and cook for another 10 minutes. (If you are cooking on a stovetop, put the meat on a heated pan and cook for 10 minutes, constantly adding sauce on each side of the rib.)
