I have to agree. I am curious how much money one of these videos takes to shoot. At least 1 camera person, editing / production, all the gear etc. It seems like a small fortune is involved. The results are outstanding 💪🏻

I like how « rough » the content of these videos are, how sick are the edits, I like the dedication that sounds and looks spontaneous, i like the genuine passion, i like the sense of details, i like the fact that you do not care much about gear, shoes and other « gram friendly » stuff but more about the workouts and the discipline and i admire how consistent but in the same time family & business oriented you are ! Respect man, you are an inspiration, don’t change anything !

@@ln5747 There are plenty of ultra runners I've seen that put just as much emphasis in strength training as they do running, Katie Knight, Jeremy miller, Cameron Hanes, the guy who's video you're watching right now. I don't get it why try and argue?

Excellent content, as always. Rooting for a healthy performance 12/3, above all else. Selfishly hoping there is a very detailed training/life video series in the not so distant future for another 100k trail race, or something else fun! This content appeals to me as a former infantry unit guy - so much that the casual observer may not pick up, that only those of us that know, would know.

BTW people are always asking me why I'm running when it is raining and early in the morning etc. If yiu train yourself with these unconfortable situations then you will be more resiliant, you won't give up that easy, this is very very important in every aspect of our lives.

You have an awesome physique/bodybuilder's physique, and run a sub 5- minute mile, and here you are trying for a sub 2:45 marathon! And to do this at a lean 200+ lbs is awesome! Whether or not you take PED's, i don't care, im just saying it's simply awesome that you do what you do!! Keep up the good work! !!
