AMAZING! So elegant and graceful - yet so tough and effective! Calves, inner thighs, abs, glutes, arms, balance - everything was engaged! Also loved the whole flow, as always really creative :=)

I appreciate all-standing workouts when I am working from the office and don’t want to get on the floor. This was moderate intensity cardio, VERY intense glutes, and awesome balance challenge. The rolled-up towel engaged the inner thighs v. well. Thank u!
