I think Bart’s biggest strength in martial arts is his will and understanding to learn and improve its honesty so good to see
@gooney28465 жыл бұрын
That ability is something so many people lack but don't realize it. Extremely important yet never taught interestingly
@supermachonacho59755 жыл бұрын
Gooney I cant think of any plausible way to teach it. The only way to bring it out is motivation but that differs for everyone and everything. Weight loss for example, you have to truly be willing to reach your target and embrace the discomfort. But for many the discomfort discourages them and in those instances they didnt have enough willingness to get through it.
@gooney28465 жыл бұрын
@@supermachonacho5975 honestly it's mostly people's egos. It stops them from doing certain things or going the extra mile. Yet if you were to just kill your ego and start over you can learn anything, and also you can use positive association to make the brain like doing certain things.

I love Bart's playful, teddy bear nature-a true martial artist, never assuming, always humble, and always willing to learn. Shane is who I learned how to coach from, watching how he interacts with people, explains techniques, praises, corrects, etc. He inspires me to coach.

I would like to show Shane that his side kicking is incorrect. Too much knee muscle involved. If I lean on your side kick like that you would have a hard time moving my weight by extending the kick. Should be way more big thigh muscle. But for that you got to lean back behind the front shoulder when kicking above the waist especially. You want to see real side kicking, watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iaDOqGSDech4hdU

I’m just glad Bart’s learning! He’s very open minded and has it in him to grasp quicker. You just have to sharpen everything. It doesn’t just take a day to learn. So your still healthy and it’s just good to know.
