ビデオありがとうございます。今回もインスピレーションになりました。 聞いた話ですが、ターメリックに黒コショウを加えることによって、ターメリックに含まれる貴重なクルクミンはより吸収しやすくなるそうです。なのでan extra pinch of black pepper will make your curry perfectly healthy. Waiting for more videos. Best wishes!

Actually the use of turmeric is not only flavour and taste but also the curry will become more healthy. In our ancient Vedas clearly saying about the qualities of turmeric.unfortunately some of them don't vknow these things.
