He gave her a box with a live snake in it. She showed a polite smile when she told that story but I bet she was not amused. It takes a special kind of asshole to mess with live animals for a 'prank'. The fact she made sure she had control over the first stand-alone Harley movie and purposely steered away from the Harley/Joker storyline, saying that's not what she was interested in seeing, is pretty telling to me. Might be that she doesn't like those two characters together regardless of who plays the Joker (their relationship is pretty damn toxic and abusive) but I've never heard her say anything positive about Leto that isn't just polite professionalism. Not having to work with him on this film is at the very least a bonus.

It's amazing how Margot also thinks that cosplayers will outshine her as Harley! She has a whole team of makeupartists and people who dress her. A cosplayer is often just one person, putting together an outfit in, sometimes, 2 weeks and they do their own makeup, or (if lucky) have someone to do their back.

yeah that is my only problem with this movie...bcoz rest of them they are doing properly like huntress has her mob family background whose parents are killed and she is out there to get revenge...Dinah is a singer at night club who has her canary cry🤧... although they don't have comic book accurate costumes😖 but i get why because this is an origin story these characters are finding their place and finding who they really are that i can accept...but they are just using the name of cass here that really bugs me i mean they could have just used a made up character if it was just a plot point why put cass in there😭😭... either way I don't think this she will become the batgirl next coz they are already developing a batgirl solo movie so it's alright..
