I love this! The beach has such good energy that you can’t help but feel better! That seal was either making his way over to feel the good energy you left on the beach, or he was coming to give you some of his! Love this Lisa!!🥰

I really appreciate the question you ask at the beginning. I've wondered the same. Like four years ago, I was dealing with weeks of a respiratory thing. Nasty phlem-y and semi-constant coughing. I was miserable. And then one night, I got asked to play in a pick up soccer game. Until then, I had been pretty inactive with the illness because I just didn't feel up to it. Would you believe the very next morning, the cough and the feeling of illness was gone? Apparently, I just needed to run it off. Expand the lungs. Release toxins through perspiration. Get the endorphins going. Not a scientist, but anecdotal experience can often precede what science has to say. Your experience, plus mine, plus the next person's experience can encourage research which can then "catch up with" what people "have always known".
