It takes a lot of practice to get that kind of lifting stamina. Even in College, I was only good for 10 sets of squat including warmups, in any given workout. That was 2x a week too.. Nick is a GD BEAST!!!!

I was a runner through my late 30s. I miss my cardio endurance. I’ve switched to lifting and walking bc my feet can’t handle it anymore. But yes I miss the strength and endurance of my 20s and 30s

You gotta be careful deadlifting with your left arm bent. I (and many others) tore my bicep because of that. Puts a massive force on the bicep tendon attaching to the radius.

Nick's probably the only person I've ever seen bench press who doesn't eye the bar path on the way down and way up. He stairs straight up at a complete vertical angle. Basically he has his eyes blind folded as to what's going on with the bar. It's hilarious lol

I love your vids nick! I started working out 6 months ago and I have since improved on everything, I can now bench 150, and I can deadlift 285. Although according to youtube my form is bad. (: (On deadlift)

that's ok! My form was horrible when I first started. The cool thing is that as your form improves you will make HUGE jumps in weight. You personal bests are already stronger than most!
