Strength absolutely is beautiful! I always wonder why anyone (no matter what age, no matter what ailment) would not want to be as strong and fit and mobile as they can possibly be.

Training all my life but I’m not as accomplished or knowledgeable as you but I totally agree. Even now at 63, my workouts are usually challenging. I love that but I’m going to give this a go. Thanks 🙏

Now I know what to called the random thing I do on “rest” days!! 😊 Usually with 15 or 20 pound dumbbells and I also try to incorporate an overhead squat into the sequence. Thanks again for another awesome movement insight Mr Anderson!! 💪💪
