I love turning those left-overs into something different and delicious! This is a great way to use up that left over pot roast.... Serve it on top of noodles or rice for a quick easy meal!

That's same as my recipe cool. Sometimes I use chicken and different vegetables just depending on what I have. You know what I did finally about a yr ago and don't regret? I got rid of my garlic press.. I got one of those small hand garters for garlic ginger etcc...love it no regrets! 😀later mater

Love it!! I toss in whatever is in the fridge that needs to be eaten. My kids get all excited when I make fried rice, it's always a surprise meal! LOL I do have a small grater, but never think to use it. ;)
