Wheres Hugh? That guy is basically my inspiration. I would come home from school and watch River Cottage on the tv then try the recipes that weekend. I was 11 years old or so that time. I really loved cooking and Hugh was a real inspiration. Im 23 now and have a certification from Le Cordon Bleu.
