When should we move from this to the intermediate? Also, it may be a good opportunity to make 15s or so shorts for each workout and connect it to the video as a playlist. Lastly, thank you for this amazing content you put out. Idk how many people like me are out there, but I can't be bothered to do research into the best routine or whenever, I just want something I can follow along and improve in (even if it means slower progression). Your content is extremely clear and easy to grasp unlike others who have what seems to be 1000 different videos on a thousand different progressions and everything and make it super confusing.

If you have been doing the beginner one for a solid 4-6 months then intermediate should be right up your alley.

I don't have a pull up bar yet, should I follow your beginner calisthenics guide and replace pull up exercises with back exercises on the ground or what do you suggest?
@STRIQfit2 ай бұрын
Find a place to do body weight rows whether that’s using two chairs, table, or bar or etc. that’ll be a good alternative that should help you also get some back development

Rest naturally as you want 😊😊
@STRIQfit3 ай бұрын
90 seconds should be a solid level for most people. Remember the point of resting is to recover. If you rest too long you can cool down and that’s not what you want. Stay warm throughout! 💪🏾🔥🔥
@vallabhmanjrekar67713 ай бұрын
@STRIQfit yeah you recover in 180 seconds naturally. I'm saying rest naturally not pretend to be resting. Many people just act like they resting but they not just looking at clock

Id still train and have trained through minor rotator cuff injuries. I’d definitely say get cleared by a trusted PT first but I do external cable rotations to strengthen that rotator cuff.
