Nice!!! Short, but sweet. I enjoyed the combos very much. I exercise in a small space, so I can't do a lot of the workouts that call for "over the bench" and "walk around the bench." The straddles and walk back moves were perfect! Thank you for keeping your step workouts fresh and interesting 😀 Enjoy your cruise!⛴️

Good workout. I used as a cool down after cardio workout. I did without the step but still good.
