This walking at-home exercise workout will help you get 3120 of your 10,000 steps for the day and has power pushes to really kick the heart rate up and burn calories like crazy. Moves are never intimidating but always engage both the mind and the body. Low-impact options are always demonstrated.
We posted this workout as a lot of gyms around the world are closing down due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and I know a lot of you are in quarantine. This is a great way to get a full-length workout right in your home, with no equipment required. Protect your heart, your mental health, and strengthen your body.
Description: This workout has 3 great sections, and the entire workout has simple kickboxing moves like shuffles, punches, and strong kicks and knee lifts. Optional power bursts. You can keep the entire workout low-impact, or add in a few HIIT moves if you like.
