At age 50, overweight and just beginning on the elliptical. This is a really good workout for me. Now I'm wondering how many times, and how long is okay to work out in a day. Any suggestions? Thanks!

2 minutes on this machine and i feel like im dying my thighs are hurting me so much how can i get used to this machine?

To ease into it, try starting with shorter sessions and gradually build up your time as your muscles adjust. Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout to help with soreness.
