The 1/2lb rope is a great balance of weight / feedback and speed. It's what I use 95% of the time for jumping rope.

Thanks for the workout. What about double jumping, which is what I have always done. Is it too hard on the knees? (One jump per try seems faster and harder. I am an older jumper but have loved the activity always).

Glad you enjoyed the workout! For an optimal workout, single jumps are the way to go. Gradually incorporate single jumps into your routine and build up from there. You'll be jumping faster in no time! Happy jumping 🙌

Hi,I’m 13 years old and weighting 69kg and I did for 1 month and lost 1kg that time I was just doing regular jumps and now I changed it to the scissor jump and I’m doing it morning and evening for 30mins to 1 hour is it possible for me to lose 2kg in 1 month? For me I do 50 times jump rope and rest and keep doing until it’s 1200 also in evening same thing so total in 1 day I do 2400 do u think it’s possible for me to lose 2 kg in 2nd month?

Such an overpriced jump rope but you guys can’t afford a fitness model??🧐
@melissalewis32323 жыл бұрын
1, Do you jump rope at all? Because if you do, and know anything about quality ropes then you would know the price is well worth it. 2, You want to see a Fitness Model????? Jennika is an amazing athlete and what she can do with the speed ropes and heavy ropes is beyond amazing. Maybe if you just want to see a "cute" fitness model with a photo touched body, you should find another KZbin channel.
