Started with basic bounce. Three months later I can do feet front to back, side to side, mummy kicks, side straddle, front straddle, shuffle and run in place. Thanks, JRD! 💯

You guys helped me so much. I am only on day 4 of jumping, day 1 I learned the proper form by watching your videos! Day 2 I could jump straight without tripping. Day 3 I learned side straddle, single and double side swipe, and run in place, again with the help of your videos. And today while I was jumping and this video was playing on our TV, I tried the single leg and I got it on the first try! I keep track of my progress and I write what tricks I've learned so far! One day I will have the Crossrope in my hands, it's my dream to have it! Thank you JRD!!! You're the best jump rope channel!

Okay, gonna just Do The Thing...today! I've been jumping for a month, very consistently, and I'm only doing the basic bounce. I get stuck on working out for the bang. I don't wanna be the old lady that can only basic bounce. It's a fast day and it's raining out. I'm gonna head to the basement and play with these! Thanks!

@@JumpRopeDudes Hey! Did you read Steven Pressfield's Do The Work? Great book! Funny but functional. Basically about getting past resistance, getting out of your own way, and doing the thing. If you check the dude out you can tell he did! Went from being a sloth living in his van to being one of the most prolific writers...screenplays to historical fiction so accurate that his accounts are used by military schools. He also wrote The War of Art. And since I started following you guys I've been telling myself and following through. I'm a chronic information collector. On all fronts, time for inspired action!

Yes these are great starting points for anyone. That is what is good about JRDs its not about fancy tricks. Its about consistency and continuing the grind of feeling better about yourself and getting shape. To me unlike other Jump rope channels Rush athletes who are nothing more than marketing nonsense. The JRDs actually have workouts and training videos to back up their work and here is what they focus on... - Consistency - Diet - Footwork - Cordination - Timing - Conditioning - Patience - Etc... As always great work JRDs you guys have helped me stay focused the past 11 years dancing with a rope.

I just wanna start this msg by saying THANK YOU!! 6 months back, i bought jumprope after watching a freestyle video in yt.. I never knew how to jumprope and tripped every 5 skips I started watching ur yt videos and with practice i was able to achieve 1 step at a time.. Now i am able to do some beginner tricks like boxer step, criss cross, straddle, side swipe, run in place and double unders (the advice, spin faster only once was a game changer) I had a phase where i hit the plateau and tripped hard.. That's when i revisted the regular bounce tutorial and learnt tat my dominant hand was jutting out more from by body.. Guess wat.. I DID THE THING -Practiced -Believed in myself Thank you for helping me unlock the skills tat i never possessed earlier.. Peace brothers.. ✌🏾

bro just yesterday I finally tried jump roping literally for the first time, I am 17 years old and I have been an athlete since 5 years old literally but I have never fallen in love with an exercise this fast. I became good at it just in an hour. I now can't wait to jump rope. So i also found you guys to maybe help me through that journey so I am exciteDDDDDDDDD.

I planned to do 1000 skip today, but when I got to 500 the fatigue started to kick in, the demon started creeping in. My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy. That's when I started feeling like a little bitch but when I get to 800-1000 skip the momentum and adrenaline started rushing in. I was a beast and keep wanting more and more. I ended up just finished 2000 skip. Get out of your head stay hard.
