This is the start of week 4 for me. Today was the first day that I tripped 3 or 4 times in the whole workout. Going to try these tips but yeah, it's all about being consistent with it. Don't stop get it get it!

My Infinity arrived today and they are beautiful. I haven’t jumped rope since growing up in the 1960s. I’ll look foolish until I get the hang of it, but I’m excited to get going. Thanks for an awesome product.

I start with the 3lb to get the hardest part out of the way. That’s the longest 10 minutes of my day. I can’t get past 30 seconds without stopping for a break. From there I do 10 mins of each of the lighter ropes for a total of 30 mins. But I feel great afterward and burn a lot more than trying to keep up with steps in group fitness videos.

Do you continuously jump for 10 mins or give short breaks.

this video didn't explain what I wanted to hear so as a 5'10 person I ordered both Large and Medium. I already bought the 1 and 2 lb sets at Large and it seems to work well since its a slower rope. I figure I'll start off with the Large white rope and as I get faster and as the rope gets destroyed I'll move over to the Medium rope. I bought the open box versions when they became available to get the 50% off.

Thanks a lot for the info 🙏 😊 I have flat foot and I got jumper's knee of ( left knee) off late. My doctor advised me to take off from jumping 😒 . I am unable to accept that because I love jumping like everyone else.. please advise what should I do .

DON‘T let it stop you from jumping! Dont consult a regular doctor, ask a doctor specialized in sports medicine or a physiotherapist, these are the people who can really help you. Take a break from jumping, but dont give up on it.

i found my shoulders r sore and worn quicker than my legs, is it my form wrong or happen to you too?
@Crossrope7 жыл бұрын
Heavier ropes will fatigue your arms and shoulders more quickly than lighter ropes so it's hard to say without checking out your form.

Hi, I get confuse between boxer and alternate foot step. any tips,plz?
@Crossrope6 жыл бұрын
Hi, Shahrzad! Alternate Foot Step is jumping in place alternating your feet ()kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZDRpn-afb6geLs) while boxer step is hopping side to side (kzbin.info/www/bejne/p6jMXmuKmZWhnpo). One is jumping in place, and one is jumping from side to side. Hope that helps!

I'd have to see your arm positioning, grip, etc. It could be indicative of technique flaws. Try to keep your hands closer to your hips

What if you have super strong legs and never get tired muscle-wise besides the heart? I keep feeling like I can jump rope forever but my heart starts hurting. Is it okay to just stop when your heart hurts and wait a while and continue after a little break? I have trouble listening to my body for some reason, so I don't really know unless I feel pain.
@GuRuGeorge033 жыл бұрын
maybe 9 months late, but never do sports if u feel pain. Feeling tired and all that is fine, but pain is a show stopper
@motorzg91427 жыл бұрын
does jumping rope burn muscles?
@Crossrope7 жыл бұрын
Burning muscle is really more a function of insufficient nutrition than it is the type of exercise. As long as you are consuming proper nutrients including protein, jumping rope won't burn muscle.

Hi Dave, One of my rope has lost the cover due to use, is it possible it can be replaced so I don't have the metal cable bare??
@Crossrope7 жыл бұрын
Hey you can always hit up support@crossrope.com to see what we can do. The ropes are expected to wear through from natural use and have to be replaced on occasion (handles should be good to go)

Its interesting people get tired on different parts on their body.. My thighs get burnt out and my calves second but my arms and shoulders are fine, Im using the orange rope so maybe thats why. I don't use the agility rope because Im still learning to jump rope so the orange helps me time my jumps

Crossrope is so overpriced. You can get the same results with a generic jumprope that literally costs 1/10 that of a new Crossrope. There is absolutely nothing revolutionary about it. I purchased it twice through Amazon and was able to return both for a full refund after I was underwhelmed. Don't waste your money.

I really love the instruction. I would really encourage you to quit moving the camera around. All it does is give some of us motion sickness and so we don't want to watch the video.
