I’m 65 y.o. and 68 kilograms weighing. I have my extra belly fat and don’t like to see my figure. I have just started doing this exercise for 3 nights and I notice a change in my belly and it’s good . Thank you very much for sharing your videos and it could help a lot to people with extra belly fat problems.

Thabks a lot Natashaji for undersatnding the mindset of a layman and forming exercises which are easier for anyone to follow..... I need your help I would like to loose weight and also get in shape may it be lower body or upper body and tummy too I jus have 30 mins in hand for exercises So which one would you suggest me to follow connsistently to loose weight and get in proper shape too..... Also, do you suggest one direct video or combination of few videos to have the best results Pls note i have started following diet too
