Welcome to the Pilates Beginners Series. The 4 workouts in this series are easy to follow with lots of form pointers so that you can familiarize yourself with Pilates without having to get too technical. The exercises are designed to lengthen and define your body in a joint friendly, low impact way that is suitable for all ages and exercise levels.
In Pilates Beginners Mat Express You will start with a dynamic plank series that incorporates push ups and knee drops, then you will move to a side lying series for outer thighs and glutes, a longer abdominals series and finally a back strengthening series.
Fitness level: Beginner/Intermediate (Add ankle weights or a resistance loop to make it intermediate!)
Equipment: mat
