Thanks for reaching out! Each formulation is designed specifically to add strategic support for various health challenges or optimization. Bone Marrow & Liver provides foundational support for bone and tissue repair, skin and hair health, and mood. Bone Matrix contains a whole bone complex and helps prevent and reverse bone loss and improve joint health and flexibility. Beef Organs is a blend of grass-fed & finished liver, heart, kidney, spleen, and pancreas and is the perfect multivitamin for foundational health. While Warrior is an equal mix of heart and liver. With the higher concentration of these two organs, it is ideal for energy, muscle growth, better exercise performance, and faster recovery. For more details, check out the products at heartandsoil.co

I don't know how to word this...just gonna rant. I do weightlifting, have a basic diet nothing special, would I consider an animal based diet...yes but not yet. Only reason I'm considering is what I've seen from ur website and the research I've been doing but for now I'm just interested in the sups. Now multi V, If I get "whole package" or "Beef Organs" do I need to still take a multi? I know with a good diet u don't need a multi but some may argue it fill's the holes, not every diet is perfect. I've looked at vitamins that are included with some of ur products ex "Beef Organs" and sure I see vit that are good what I'm disappointed is I cant see how munch of each one I could be getting. That's why I'm conflicted on what to do, I can stick with my one multi I get from a bodybuilder website ik I can trust and know each dosage of vitamins or do I dive in the deep in and give your products a try which may help my performance and my heath but without knowing the exact dosage of vitamins .

Hey there, I'd like to offer my anecdote to partially contribute to an answer for your question. I'm on a different boat than you: I am pregnant, and when you're pregnant, you're supposed to take a prenatal vitamin thats basically like a multivitamin on steroids to provide for everything you could be lacking for yourself and your baby. I didn't take the prenatal vitamin, and instead, I took the Heart & Soil prenatal stack in the place of my standard prenatal. Heres the cool part about my results: By around the 4th month of pregnancy, it is considered 'normal' for women to become anemic because of the increased blood volume. The increased blood volume supposedly dilutes the amount of red blood cells and hemoglobin in your blood. This excuse for 'anemia' didn't make any sense from an evolutionary perspective to me. Why wouldn't the body upregulate hemoglobin production during pregnancy? Anyway, my birthing center warned me about the impending anemia and told me to start the vegan iron supplement they recommend early. I already knew I wasn't going to take it (vegan 'iron' isnt as bioavailable as what you'd get from an animal based food source), so as I mentioned above, I started taking the prenatal stack. At 5-6 months of the pregnancy, I'm due to do my first blood draw with the birthing center to see how my blood cell counts look, and my bloodwork actually flagged HIGH on the anemia markers (not dangerously high, just over the reference range. Anemia would return low values). The midwives called me to ask me what I was doing, because it was the best bloodwork they had ever seen in their practice, and that they needed to find something that yielded better results for their other patients because their supplement didn't work very well. That was a few months ago, and I just repeated my bloodwork 3 days ago for the last round (im already due in two weeks), same results. :D Anywho, thought Id share since its a 'replacing-my-vitamin' story. My boyfriend is taking their Whole Package and Beef Organs and he just got a knee injury 3 weeks ago in Jiu Jitsu and swears he recovered quickly because of the supplement, for what thats worth. Ive got a small YT channel and have been meaning to make a video about Heart and Soil because I am pretty floored with my personal results. Its not just the bloodwork, its been my entire pregnancy I've not had what people consider 'normal' pregnancy symptoms, and I completely attribute the ease of pregnancy to proper nutrition (which would include the desiccated organs)

@@CynthiaTheHealthExperience Wow! love reading about ur experience with it! Defiantly helped deciding! Just still on that white line, with a multi vitamin ik what I'm getting in each bottle for my needs and trust me I want to drop multivitamins and start heart&soil supps almost right now! But they don't provide exact doses of each vitamin...for example they say a Bovine Heart has creatine in it but how munch exactly? I know for a male my size I need about 5-10 grams of creatine and from what I looked up a Bovine heart has about 0.3grams...not really anywhere close to what I need and don't get me wrong I loved what Heart&soil said about creatine, they even had articles to prove what creatine does but why don't they show how much they provide in each severing of their supps? I would love to know how much vitamin A I was getting or how much Taurine I was getting you know?

@@p3ngtato754 ah yep I understand. Their customer service is excellent and they love to answer these kinds of questions. I'm no expert but I can just say one thing I know for certain with regards to this topic: the amount of any vitamin you're getting from a VITAMIN supplement is never as advertised. So lets say, you're taking 8000 UI a day of vitamin A from rapid release Vit A capsule. You might be taking 8000 UI, but you're certainly not *actually* absorbing those 8000 UI. Its actually impossible to know how much of the supplement you're actually using. The thing is, most vitamins work in concert with other vitamins, and depending on whether they're water or fat solluble, these things matter as well. That's not to say that in a whole food form, you'll absorb 100% of what you see on the chronometer list, because the bioavailability will vary from food to food and from person to person, but vitamins are definitely MOST bioavailable in animal foods when they are eaten with other vitamins that are naturally occurring in the food, and these supplements aren't vitamins, they're literally dehydrated foods that are encapsulated, so you're getting everything you would find that would typically come packaged with Vit A that would maximize its bioavailability. Anywho, hope that makes sense! I'd write to their customer service with these kinds of questions if you're really into this stuff. They reply with super in-depth explanations for this kind of stuff. Its awesome

If you can't eat raw organs (very few people would as it's risky to eat raw meat/organs) then you shouldn't, being vegan or vegetarian is just as healthy so...
@TommyGunzzz

1. Why is it risky? 2. Vegan is incredibly unhealthy and there are no long term vegans. Very Easy to see why its insanely unhealthy
