Bench day tomorrow...if this works and I have to rewrite my cycle for the following 7 weeks because I Just HAVE to go for a PR, I am not going to be pissed, let me tell you!

Chris, just wanted to throw out that I watched this video right before a bench session today. It worked right away and my arch was vastly improved. It helped me hit a 17lb PR and rock a 352lb bench at 190lb BW. Thanks for putting out some really good info.
