My Father was the best friend I ever had, and unfortunately two years ago we lost him to Thyroid cancer. My 72 year old Mother moved to California to be with family, and doesn't want their house in Tenakee Springs Alaska. Due to this reason I have now inherited three gold watches, two gold rings, 17 guns, and a house. I would trade it all in to have my best friend back, but 4 generations of my family worked their hands to the bone for me to have this opportunity. If it wasn't for all the information you have shared with us, then I would be totally lost on what to do with it. My plan is to use the equity of this home to work with my bank to obtain a second piece of real estate in Juneau Alaska. Then after I become more stable in that position, I will then purchase a third home, and sell the other two as a packaged deal. I thank you Ben for all the educational videos you make. Without this knowledge people like me wouldn't know what to do. Some people seem to just have a magic touch when it comes to all of this, and you are one of them. I will always be grateful to you and your family for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us. Thanks again Ben!
