These all sound amazing! I’m a huge smoothie lover and I usually make a protein smoothie every morning after my workout but I tend to get stuck making the same kind. I look forward to trying something different. Also want to mention I just recently came across your channel and I watched the anti-inflammatory meal prepping video and that quinoa cucumber salad with the feta cheese. OMG!!! When I say I’m obsessed…😱 I kid you not I’ve made it like 3 different times in less than a month. It’s so stinkin’ good! So thank you!🙌🏽❤️

Actually, on the honey department, you want local apiaries if possible. Most large honey corporations feed heavy sugar water to their bees to boost honey production. Its one thing for the bee to make the honey based on what it gathered from the wild, but totally different when some of their "Honey" is introduced in the form of "Sugar Water". Check local Apiaries to see if they feed their bees sugar water.

I’m sorry to be a downer but I have been researching foods and inflammation and have found foods that cause histamine to go up are indeed inflammatory. Most of the foods on your list in this video are on the bad lists, have greater histamine or increase it in the body. Except for the berries, the foods you use are great and very healthy but are not anti inflammatory at all. Berries are very healthy and good for diabetics and do not have very much histamine issues. I believe further research on what is and what is not actually inflammatory is needed.
