Wow! What a workout for my arms! Getting my water was a little challenging during the pause in the workout, as my arms are like jelly right now! Looking forward to having better looking arms with more of this workout!

@@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining Hi Meredith & team … yes!! I lost 7 lbs on your Thrive in Five /Wake up Lean anti inflammatory 11day older workout, alongside some Kriyas. I printed everything out (24 hr fat flushing, shopping list and workout log) except for the diet which I can’t find or access on the members board :((( … I shut my computer off and then it disappeared. most likely because it was an older version. I’d love to get that diet regimen back 😊 Thank you so much. You are truly an amazing fitness coach. Your program worked so well and its best to continue what has worked as a lifestyle. I feel the anti-inflammatory diet focus was what I needed most. Much of the extra weight is retention of excess water & inflammation. Wish you so many blessings!

How often should these be done? Can they be daily? And how many sets? Oh! And how long before I should see a difference? GIMME HOPE ! I wasn't meant to be a flying squirrel!!😂

Hey @ricanhavoc9965! 👋🏻 Try doing these exercises 3-4 times weekly to ensure your muscles recover and grow properly, starting with 2-3 sets. You can gradually increase sets or reps as you progress. You should start noticing improvements in strength and muscle tone within a few weeks. Keep at it, and you'll soon see the difference!💪🏻
