This truly works!! I have merely done 3 days in a row & I can see my arms firming & defining their shape which I lost due to menopause weight gain. Not only that it’s really quite authentic when you hear the instructor also struggling whilst doing the exercise gives you more motivation that you’re not the only one that’s going to struggle to do the exercise. I’ve use many exercises with many on KZbin short long mediocre and I’m really really impressed with the results that I’m getting thank you.

Wow great fast arm burn. I’m use to workout with dumbells. But this morning I didn’t have enough time for a longer workout. I noticed this one and I gave it a try and I like it.😅 Thank you Meredith. 👍💪❤️

Hi Meredith, this was easy! I did this video 2 times, the second time i did it with 1 kg weight on my arms and still it was easy for me. My arms are very strong from my work as a farrier . I love your video's, i train 2 times a week with you to train ather muscles than i use for my work as a farrier and my body feels match better now . Me 56 years young working 35 years as a farrier. In the Netherlands i am the longest working female farrier😅. Together with your video's i can keep on working forever! Thank you Meredith ❤. Powerlove from the Netherlands

Most welcome 🙏 Please can you direct me to reduce my hips but standing workouts as I have a back injury which flares up when I put too much pressure on. I have always been super fit with a toned body but due to the lockdown and menopause I have put extra weight on which I’m finding hard to shift, I just wanna get back into my trendy outfits again My work is remote which doesn’t help as I work really long hours at the computer I really hope you can help as the arm workout has already shown super fantastic results. This truly has lifted my spirits as i workout everyday and need to see my body change Thank you 🙏 Best, Sharon

Thank You! I am learning over the past week how to breath into the area I am Struggling with sqeezed with all my might! Sounds simple but so easy to loose focus in area as you move thur the work out! Your Team has taught me to move more with Intention, Breathing gives your muscles more energy to keep going and Shoulders Away from Ears is important and helps so much! ❤

Hi there! 🙂 I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! ❤️

Hi @lcf3789! This arm workout is great for toning, but using dumbbells can give you extra resistance and help you see better results. Mixing both could be the way to go! 😉👍

Great question! This workout is designed to help reduce flabby arms for everyone at all ages! Regarding frequency, you can do this workout 2-3 times a week with rest days in between. You got this! 💪❤️
