謝謝你的回饋，讓我們知道重複使用後糖漿會變麥芽糖，哈～ 我其實也覺得這個蛋糕真的不會太甜，味道香又柔和，其實糖的攝入量跟吃的大小份量有關，每次吃小小塊，這樣可以控制吃入的糖量，但吃入口的是一個正常美味的好吃糕點。😊

Hello there, Since we started baking, we have only used three ovens, they were all purchased based on the needs and space at home, so many ovens have not been used and we don’t know how to recommend them, really sorry. But if you buy an oven for baking only, can buy an oven, for baking and cooking, microwaves & Countertop oven will be a good idea. 😊

這是奶油含量高的糕點的特性，奶油遇熱融化，遇冷變硬，享用前可以烤箱預熱160C，烘烤5～8分鐘，吃起來會像剛出爐的口感哦。😊

糖的用量太大了，很不健康，但是味道肯定不错。

哈囉，我的建議是依照個人口味可以減個10%糖（我們已經有減過），再減怕是就影響成品了，糖在烘焙中是具有功能性角色，另外糖的攝入量跟吃的大小份量有關，每次吃小小塊，這樣可以控制吃入的糖量，但仍然可以得到一個正常美味好吃的糕點。😊
