Great stuff...we are still learning but the use of different exs from various genres has become staple for an all-round athlete...I recall seeing Bruno vs Tyson and it was like a brick wall versus a leopard...and the wall was smashed and came crumbling down...so many things to work on, which make sit training a science...hence the need for top coaches and trainers...enjoy both of these guys very much...what they talk about makes great sense...

@@PhilDaruStrong, I understand. I just heard from him and now I am in a moment where form opinion on trainers. I like you, because in your videos see all courses from breathing to powerlifting, kettlebell and even rehab. So, you are most all rounded trainer I saw, and I know almost everybody. But, you know that you are good, 5 times best trainer is not regular level, but rather top level.
