Doing the Unilateral thing, my knees hold a straight line between my big toe and my index toe. However for crossing my leg over my knee, that's not so good. Very uncomfortable and even worse with my left leg which is torture. Super tight.

I would love to know why exercise two (femur internal rotation) is used as this would train the TFL, which is a major part of the issue usually. Generally want to know :) and also exercise 3.

Someone sent this to me but my knees and hips can’t do some of those right now. One knee is swollen & I can’t straighten it Maybe knee arthritis? I have big bulky insides of knees- muscly and also have lost extra weight so they look even bulgier. Over 50- very active. Tried walking and loosening up but this time I got extreme knee and hip pain afterwards- level 8/10 pain like almost vomiting kind of pain. Wake up pain free, then over a few hours of walking around it starts hurting again, 3 or 4 days now. Haven’t had this flare up for over 5 years- not sure how this happened again

LOL appears I have weak stablizers, my knee goes past the big toe. Thank you for this great video and am determined to try out the exercises. Am not clear though, do I need to do all excercises or just one? As an example, since watching your video a day ago, have done the "Seated Hip Mobilizer Stretch" (a killer exercise for me) both yesterday and today. Would that alone suffice? I have knees that sound like empty water bottles being squeezed and I'm only 32. I've lost a bit of weight but I also sit on the floor more and Ive noticed a difference in my knees and back. It's easy to slouch in a comfy chair but on the floor I'm more likely to keep my back straight.
