Hi doc, I'm 46 years old and would really like to know that these exercises will help me correct my knock knees and strengthen my knees as well?

thank you. this is helpful. I has a right vagus knee that became bone on bone,so I had a knee replacement. I want use these exercises to strengthen my left knee and avoid having a 2ndknee surgery.

I watch and have been helped by many of your videos. Usually the volume is consistently strong which I need. However, this one was not and it was impossible to hear everything you said. Please keep up the quality of your video volume because I find great value in them.

Hello got arthroscopic surgery 4 months ago and walking with knocked knees started to do your knock knees excises and feel just soreness no pain is that a good sign my legs are strengthening because I'm scared I'm going to hurt myself
