I’ll keep going I’m really proud that I haven’t given up ❌KNEE SURGERY I’M STOPPING FOR TWO MONTHS AND A BIT❌ 5️⃣FIFTH MONTH: I will keep going again, I lost muscle but still have some of muscle I built there so it will keep growing, i added bands 6️⃣SIXTH MONTH: (I will do it until month 9 probably) just in a month I see a huge change because of the bands and the hips are def growing ! I’m gonna keep going !!! 7️⃣SEVENTH MONTH: right one basicallyyyy gone and left one still there but so much better , yeyyy

People acting like you can’t get rid of hip dips an it’s just how she’s posing, bullshit! Hip dips are just lack of fat in the area that your bones dip, building muscle covers that area so it’s very possible to have results like this if you put in the work. Also I have hip dips an even posing a certain way in pics or hiking my undies higher, you can still see mine clearly sooo y’all needa stop saying “iTs hOW shEs pOsiNG” 🙄
@joanthemad58944 жыл бұрын

@marissa.hernandez4 жыл бұрын
My hip dips used to be not crazy pronounced but you could def see I had them, now they aren’t as bad, but truth be told I haven’t worked on continuing to build them in a while, but when I was trying to build muscle there, I would say it took maybe like 4-6 months to really see results, this stuff WILL NOT happen in a few weeks or even a month, it’s hard to build enough muscle in your hips to cover the dip but it’s very possible. Just gotta stay motivated and don’t give up

Glucosamine is your friend girl! Most people always think it's only for older people with joint issues, but you can take it at any age 12+ if you have joint problems. I recommend taking it at least 2x/day, but no more than 3x/day for at least 1-2 months to allow it to really get in your system. You have to be consistent to see/feel the results. If you stop taking it for more than a month you will feel the difference. Trust me. I've been taking it since summer of last year and the difference is astounding! My knees were so creaky before and now I have wayyy less snap, crackle and pop lol. I have not changed anything except take the supplements.

The abductor machine is what I use to fill my hips in to when they start to go away you just don’t open your legs all the way wide that gives you hip dips You just open your legs like 2-4 inches out and I do a lot of reps and work my way to higher ones

@paul29094 жыл бұрын
@@angeldrxx the exercise changes the muscle action if done too wide. Instead of adduction of the thigh it causes lateral rotation of the thigh, targeting different muscles. So you can see in the video she's touching the gluteus medius region and TFL to make sure that muscle is being worked

Listen ladies I’ve been doing this for like 6 years on and off when I lose my hips from running a lot The abductor machine is enough to get rid of them It doesn’t take that long to get results Don’t be so hard on yourself Along with people who just naturally have them people in the gym do a lot of workouts that cause hip dips to get worse It has to do with angles and weight of certain movements but some people build their side booty so big that it looks to full their hips
@contendcontemd21794 жыл бұрын
But I can't go to the gym so can I fix mine .like at home I am doing the rest of her workout except abduction machine.i ve working on hip dips for7 month but unfortunately no result .iam so frustrated. Any advice please

Im an athlete (volleyball) and I’ve tried fixing mine for years nothing has worked , puberty hit me hard and I gained a lot of muscular weight, tried many hip dip exercises and it just made the sides of my thighs more built but it’s okay because my hip dips are very minor.

What you have go do then is easier, build muscles. That's a lot easier than losing weight.... And then create muscles to make the hip dips less noticeable. Do let machines and squats with weights , it'll really help

remember y’all, your body type was sought after, with people trying to slim slim slim their hips and thighs not that long ago! I grew up in a country where women are mostly pear shaped, and while I wanted a longer torso and wider hips, many of my peers envied my body, hip dips, skinny legs and all. Beauty trends come and go. And will likely keep doing that. We can aim for a healthy lifestyle, and exercise can help shape to some degree. But we cannot completely change our anatomy. And that’s OK. As you age, you learn what suits you and how to be the best version of you. And when you feel comfortable with yourself you are more attractive to others as well - hip dips or not. TLDR: your body - don’t hate, appreciate.

This video was on my old workout playlist. It was pretty useless and full of videos I didn't want to use so I just deleted it without thinking. But this video was in that playlist. I've been hunting for this video for over a month now. I'm so glad I found it again, because I have a better chance at succeeding with my regimen. This video was so straight to the point and it's a great routine just for you to focus on your hips and glutes. I have actually tried to follow other videos and I just like this one more. Thanks. ❤

IGuessIt’sOk YungRichBaby well at first I was using the lightest bands. I did the first one everyday for about a week. I got Peach Bands and theres 4 bands. 1. 5-10lbs 2. 15-20 3. 25-30 4. 35-40 But the light ones were easy that’s why I did it every day (excluding werkends) I started using the 3rd one and I would only do it every other week. Unfortunately, I haven’t done anything the last week and a half-2 weeks :/ so tomorrow I’m gonna get back into a routine.

So I discovered this video a month ago and started doing these excercises along with some others that aren't in this vid. I'm already starting to see some results, it's not a huge difference and I have a long way to go but my hips definitely look more rounded. I was worried about doing these since everyone's body are different and not everyone will get the same result but luckily for me that's not the case but I think for the most part these excercises will help most people.

Random but like, I found your channel back in January and all I can say is that you became such a huge Inspiration for me in my journey of weight loss+ muscle building. I've struggled my whole life with body image wishing I was built like society's idealized feminine woman: curvy, soft, barely any muscles, petite. Which was impossible for me because I have a naturally athletic body, regardless of my weight lol I can't change my broad bones structure. Your channel greatly motivated me to completely erase all those stupid standards that had been spoon fed to me my whole life. I took this year to rebuild my views on femininity, how it shouldn't equal to fragility and accepting that I can be hot, strong and beautiful asf being muscular and the famous "bulky" everyone for some reason told me to fear. Cheers to health and some toned ass thigh muscles 😭😭

i'm glad it worked out for you. i feel like doing gluteus medius exercises did the opposite for me. it actually made my hip dips look worse because by making those small muscles bigger it made my hips more prominent the "dip" area below them started looking even deeper by contrast. i'm skinny so right now my goal is to gain some weight and sorta fill them in but unfortunally i don't store much fat in that area...
@sweet-sn1fy4 жыл бұрын
So you mean to say we should target gluteus minimus instead of gluteus medius ??? Please reply me?? M confuse between these two .. I do have hip dips and from one month I have been targeting gluteus medius most.. I pray my hip dip won’t look worse..
@user-bn1lb8ey9v4 жыл бұрын
@@sweet-sn1fy i personally don't target the medius or minimus too much and instead just focus on growing the gluteus maximus. but that's just me. everyone is different. it might work for you like it did for the girl in the video. like i said i'm very skinny so my "hip dips" are just my bones sticking out. that's why i'm trying to grow my butt to balance it out. but if your hip dips consist of fat all you have to do is lose weight.
