Happy new year my friend, I'm an unemployed guy living up in Pretoria and last year I started to make samosas from scratch with your pur recipe, all my close friends now order fairly regularly, I wanted to thank you for your guidence in prepping these little beauties, I charge the same as you but I must say R5 a samosa is very inexpensive considering the work that goes into them. I wouldn't change that as it's very satisfying when people bite into them and smile.some cooks say "just buy filo from the shop" but nothing beats the real thing!
