Definitely, Dean ! It has been an amazing relationship.. Me and Bill ! 😊 We are friends now.. but it is about business , what he wants, cash for his records, and me .. To be able to cherry pick albums out there in that dusty garage. All of the records have cleaned up nicely, some better than others, and yes, when I found those certain records, I had to play it cool ! 😂 Going back again, Tuesday and my last batch is terrific 150 dollars for 27 records ! Whoo hoo ! 🤚

Great additions from Bill's. The Beastie Boys Album sticks out for me. I had it on cassette growing up. I bought the vinyl reissue at Walmart. Sounds fantastic.

Yeah Robbie.. That was a lot of edits ! I think it out synched my intro and outro.. fixed it and looks like it came back again ! Oh well.. I wanted to do a "Best Of" anyway. Those are nice clean records. The standout for me was Eddie Brickell and the New Bohemians. I have this on CD. Eddie drew all the artwork on the album. A unique album for 1989.

It really was different for the times.. refreshing, actually. I have a lot of the same taste as you, but.. I am all over the musical map with bands/ artists ! I actually enjoyed other friends that had 8-track players in their car.. I went for a cassette player in my 81 Subaru wagon ( for snow country ) and a very good one in 1981. Love It To Death" is so good. and Killer" is the Alice LP I listened to the most back in 1974.. My friend Matt would play it constantly ! Jt, what can I say? Amazing finds. I picked up a copy of a promo copy of Canciones from Dan a while back. It is such a beautiful recording. Linda had an incredible voice, so pure. Bitches Brew is hard to find in a minty fresh state. I love the Def Jam label. How's the Funkadelic pressing sound? The Megadeath cover is a good contender for the creepy album cover thread. Vitalogy still floors me; my favorite of the titles you featured. I can't wait for Part 2!

The Funkadelic label sounds good ! I doubt the Warner Bros. could be any better.. but, maybe. I won't open the Linda LP. I streamed it before.. really very good ! A guy commented and suggested I do a " Best Of".. good idea ! My big score was Tuesday.. 160 albums.. all 70's 80's Soul R&B records, all NM mostly in the shrink for 100 dollars ! A bit of a steal, I think !

I bet that 7 Seconds album is worth a few bucks! That 80s punk stuff is pricy these days. Great video. I picked up that Queensryche LP (blue circle) as part of a 19 album thrift store haul for $1 each that included Rush, Anthrax, Alice Cooper, Kiss, Deep Purple Live in Japan, G N'R Lies among others all in great shape and all except for Kiss (debut) original pressings. Sadly I know I'll never match that kind of thrift find again but I keep digging!
