It's definitely a movie that belongs on best of the worst and I'm curious to find out what they have to say, especially since it's been about thirty years since I saw it and I barely remember any of it, just that it was really stupid and bad, mostly in a very boring way.

@rubedolobster3 жыл бұрын
@@Moggymorgenstein Thanks for the info. Look, I'm not a technically inclined person, so I didn't even know you could view strike charges for a video. My research was actually comprised of the comments here, which mostly seemed to put the blame on Deandra herself. I'm usually very empirical when voicing my opinion, but seeing the project itself, you can't blame me for thinking those comments were right on the money; it does seem like exactly the kind of situation where a content creator would jump down the throat of a review channel for mocking their product. Haven't we all seen that before. On another topic, I have no problem admitting to a wrong -and I do, you're right - but chastising me for lack of research and mentionning ''some stock music or some nonsense'', isn't that the pot calling the kettle black a bit? It might not be the ''cineast'' herself but it doesn't invalidate her as a factor. For all we know it could be a content claim about her music, which she may or may not have something to do with, and if she does who knows if spiting RLM might have something to do with it. I'm not wishing for that to be the case, but I never doubt human ability to be eggregious and disruptive to others for the most inane reasons.

I'm convinced it was supposed to be "The Chopper," but the guy who made the opening artwork accidentally misspelled it and stubbornly didn't want to redo the work. Not knowing anyone else who can paint, the director thought the better option than to simply axe the artwork was to shift the entire production and have the killer now be named something stupid all because of a typo.
@voltijuice85763 жыл бұрын
That would be completely on-brand for Steckler. The other movie on the table was _Rat Pfink a Boo Boo,_ - actually named as such because due to some error the titling said "a" instead of "and". Also Chooper seems like it was shot without sound and all dubbed later, so it would have been easiest to change the "script" after the film was made in ADR. But who knows? Steckler had a weird sense of humor and was probably aware of how silly and lazy his movies were.

Well, "Chopper" would have been pretty stupid, too, considering the killer stabs, not chops.
