The first one actually made me realize how stiff my neck is. Gonna try doing this everyday or every other day.

Working really well for me. I had an 4 seat atv accident and my head got slammed by the roll bars. This sure gives me relief and I tried lots of things. Thank you for helping me gain muscle strength when I felt hopeless.

Thank you! I've been having a horrible tinnitus in my right ear and this stretch helps it go away, even if only for a bit. Hopefully the chiropractor can get it to be permanent

Can these stretching exercises help with tinnitus?
@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis4 жыл бұрын
Potentially. People with vertigo and tinnitus sometimes can find relief with manual therapy and or stretches of the neck. However, these are not in any way specific for tinnitus. If they do help, let me know, I'd love to hear about it.

”Doso shocking guide” posture treatment (check it on Google) claims that it keeps your upper back straight, and it is certainly true. I use it for work and it is been amazing. Recommended if you are seeking something to assist you in maintaining right posture.

Personally, I like this “doso shocking guide” posture treatment that you could also look up on Google. I have always had poor posture but ever since a colleague told me that I slouched, I wanted to treat it right away. This guide is helping my muscles correct posture. Even after only the first day, the results could be noticed.

”Doso shocking guide” posture treatment method (check it on Google) claims that it keeps your shoulder and back straight, and it is absolutely correct. I use it for work and it`s been great. If you want to keep the right posture for life, I would recommend this process.
