BEST TIFA WEAPONS! - Final Fantasy 7 Ever Crisis

Hey everyone, it's been over a week and learning more and more about the game! Hopefully you're all enjoying your time with Ever Crisis. Heads up, Motor Drive should 100000000000% be Tifa's S tier weapon. That PAtt up + elemental makes it better than Sonic Strikers. I still think Sonic Strikers is a fantastic weapon, but Motor Drive is just cracked once you account for the sub stats. Just wanted to update it here before I redo this list once she gets a few more items!

I find the Lifeguard Wraps to be her best 2nd weapon. It greatly boosts survivability and gives more breathing room, and together with another healer is an instant full heal after a big attack. For offense, you're just spamming the best attack for that battle anyways, you don't need more than one weapon attack ability.

Motordrive is an underrated sub slot weapon. As a four star, Motor Drive gives more physical attack than some 5-star weapon. At the same level.

Same, I look at R abilities first cause they are very important in this game. That's why Moterdrive and Tiger Fangs would be in my S tier. Even though they are good with Tifa, they are also great stat sticks for other characters cause of their R substats.

Getting around to catching up on your tier lists! As someone who uses Tifa in their main party as a debuffer/DPS role, id say the only thing I disagree with is motordrove not being top of A tier or bottom of A+. The main reason for this because even unboosted it’s THE highest PATK boost at 32 points and that’s huge. On top of the wind elemental damage that comes in handy In situations, especially where you can’t take Leather gloves or Claws due to boss immunities and/or she needs to output damage her best combo will be Motordrive main hand with Strikers offhand for stupid physical damage, haha. EDIT: Also as an aside, and I hope you don’t take this the wrong way bc I do appreciate the tier lists and your personal insight! But I do think you might be undervaluing the R.Abilities just a tad from what I’ve seen so far (I’m watching your videos in order) if this changes later on, forgive me. But yeah since R.Abilities are a crucial part to building up your characters (although I understand it’s more important when building characters up as a whole, with sub weapons and such) I think I’d just mention them a bit more even in a vacuum a good combo of Abilities or a high point value is something to note 😄✌️

I totally agree that motor drive should be rated higher! My earlier tier lists for sure need to be slightly updated as we've learned more about the game.

I love tifa, but I have the worst 5 star grand gloves with my account. I can’t wait to build her with a good weapon!

i have tifas heal outfit and overboosted gloves so i want to make her my healer instead even if its not ideal. I plan on running areith with umbrella for the 2 debuffs in one, and then her second staff being one of the aoe attack ones, maybe even swapping depending on the element i need. What second glove should i run if im forcing a healer tifa? one of the debuff gloves too maybe?

Luckily Tifa has access to both debuffs, so I'd run whichever is needed depending on the boss and that would make an amazing support Tifa for sure!

I don't like Sonic Strikers cuz it's not elemental, and you lose a LOT of damage by not hitting weakness. Also, in defense of her magic weapons, Tifa actually has a good magic stat. Her Limit Break hits very weak, you mostly use it for the debuff so the loss in physical attack stat doesn't really affect it much.

Elemental is for sure going to be the future of this game I believe. If the boss doesn't have an elemental weakness then the non-elementals are gonna shine or if that character doesn't have an ability that hits that weakness you still have a big potency move like Sonic Strikers. Going forward, I'm going to respect the elemental gear a lot more and really mention it in future lists.

Why do my sonic strikers have ruinra smash? Is there different versions?

Yes, until you pull or upgrade the rairty with parts, you don't get the real ability til its gold or 5*. Yours is most likely blue or purple.
