Im so confused here! If i search on chrome, it shows a lot of results saying the best time to get vit D is 10am to 4pm . And few results show that you should not take sunlight between those hours, instead, you should take sunlight before 10 and after 4. And the same reason you said. But also in KZbin , lot of other videos say that the same thing. But few videos like this one says to avoid sun exposure during this time period. What to do now??

In my area sun becomes ,really hot after 11 am, so i avoid that, and I sit in 10 -10:30 ,not too low not too high

Nah. The research shows that 10am to 1pm is the optimal time to produce vit D when the sun is at peak. And never use sunscreen because it blocks the UV rays that makes vit d in our body plus sunscreen is will make your skin unable to produce natural sunscreen (melanin) if you use it long enough. And you'll be sunscreen lotion dependent just like the case of people who use steroids where there balls can no longer produce testosterone they become Testosterone Replacement Therapy dependent. Don't rely to doctors. They want you all to become weak and unhealthy. Because they won't earn money if you are healthy. Be wise.
