@@Dozithekid Just off the top of my head, I've heard personally that going 3x-5x+ over the daily recommendation of D3 is actually good, as a hedge. It's one of those supps that's hard to "overdo it" on. Aubrey Marcus's _Own the Day_ and Tim Ferriss's _4 Hour Body_ had some great tips on D3 supplementation - especially in regards to athletes or those who expend tons of energy per day, such as marathon runners. Apparently it's very difficult to get the adequate amount from sun exposure alone (especially with sunblock applied).

Make sure to get enough copper when taking iron and zinc as iron needs copper (and vitamin c) to be utilized and zinc depletes copper from body if you dont keep it balanced.

Any recommendations for vitamins or supplements for me to take im a heavy duty diesel mechanic primarily do heavy line work transmission, clutches, engines, major engine repairs, etc been doing this for several years now im 27 and already feel pain in my wrists, elbows lower back, knees i unfortunately ignored the older mechanics advice to take care of your body with knee pads careful and good back posture while working but its hard when trying to work in really tight places and trying to beat book times. I barely started taking care of myself but some damage has already been done lol. Im trying to be able to do this as long as possible any recommendations is appreciated

What's up Jason, I stick with individual vitamins as they have more nurturance proprietary. If you look at the back of a multivitamin bottle you'll see they provide a low dose of selective vitamins. I like to know what I'm putting into my body and how much of it works for me. I hope this answered your question.

What’s up brother, first thing I’ll focus on is knowing what you want to achieve. Then I honestly will just start off by taking what’s necessary for your body and don’t overwhelm yourself with to much to fast. Start with 3 vitamins and learn about them regarding your goals and you’ll naturally learn more overtime. Watch a podcast on Dr.Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan Vitamins and supplements you will learn a lot!

Good question but the thing with multivitamin is that they have less then the fraction needed for required for a grown adult. Multi is quick to the mass but your losing the vitamins and nutrients

I do both from time to time but sometimes I will go with coffee for my pre-workout or nothing at all. Every day is different so you kind of have to adapt to what you feel is right for you at the time there’s no blueprint that fits all
