My favorite is chia pudding. I soak mine in young coconut water then blend peanut butter, cinnamon, and bananas and combine with jelled seeds.

I make chia chocolate pudding. One cup milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 tablespoons each cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener. Add more chia seeds if needed to thicken. I put this into the frig overnight.

I made a variation of this and it was quite satisfying. I need to add more ground chia next time to thicken it up. I plan on variations with berries. Thanks for the outstandingly helpful tip!

Your video inspired me to try them. I soaked them overnight in nut milk and in the morning I used organic, whole milk yogurt, a spoonful of all fruit (which is jam using 100% whole, organic fruit and zero sugar or thickeners) some of my soaked chia and after tasting, a few drops of stevia. I'm planning to bake some into my keto bread when I make it again.

Enjoying this channel - just found it recently. I soak chia seeds overnight in soy milk. Super. My understanding is that they lose their nutritional value when cooked - read this recently. That is why I don't cook them porridge now but soak them and poor on top. Any guidance welcomed.

You gave me some great ideas to use these seeds. I will definitely try your ideas. I use chia seeds with heavy whipping cream and blueberries and a little stevia if desired. I also use it with strawberries. I use chia seeds in pudding I make with keto chow. The combinations are limitless. I NOW have other uses for them. Thanks so much

I eat chia seeds in soaked warm almond milk or hot water with a teaspoon of psyllium husk in the morning. I make my almond milk with soaked almonds in filtered water. I use the almond meal in other foods or make it into almond flour. I also make chia pudding and eat it with fresh fruit sometimes :) Thanks for your wonderful informative, healthy and helpful channel :) I eat a plant, nuts and seed diet, no dairy, gluten free so it’s good to get recipes and ideas.

I usually soak a tea spoon of chia seeds for 4 hours in a whole glass of water and then drink it to further my bowel movements which are reduced right now due to heavy medication. If needed, I also add cold pressed good quality olive oil (but carefully, since too much of it can cause stomach cramps and heavy diarrhea) or ground flax seeds, soaked for a few minutes. I also eat fermented veggies during the day, to round up the picture.

I have to remember to soak these little powerhouses before adding to breads! I use them regularly in green/other smoothies, and add to yogurt! I'm starting water kefir cultures, and interested in a second ferment, but chias will wait until I am ready to drink, I think.👍🏻

I add it to any liquid that I may drink slowly, I add it to my soup as it sits in the heat for a few mins and swells them then it doesn't stick into the intestines and/or colon causing Havok later .

I grind Chia , Flax, Sesame Seeds Hemp seeds hearts and cinnamon. And combine them and add to Greek yogurt and oatmeal, fresh fruits with a little honey. I use a tablespoon and place in the freezer to keep. Lastly, and too a tablespoon of Sea moss mixed with fresh ginger and lime juice, daily.
Great to watch your Teachings of how to use Chia Seeds. I can't take much lemon juice , what can I replace lemon juice to mix in water with Chia Seeds. God richly bless you and your Dear Family 🌷❤👪❤❤❤

You might want to add it to the meals that you are eating. Chia is a rich and an excellent source of protein. It could also be a great energy drink during workouts. Using chia in the morning drinks might make you feel full and you might not east as much for breakfast.
