Can you used a gaming router and router from your cable company too or you buy a gaming router and send that router back to the cable company? I like this one you have.

I just turn off the wireless on my cable company and use the wireless on this gaming router. I use the cable company's cable modem for my hard wire ethernet connections in my office. All other things wireless, I just plug them into the 4 ethernet ports in the back of the Netgear router

There is NO USB WIFI dongel thats supports this 4x4 speed in both bands so far. So NO you dont get this speeds over WIFI!

Only idiots use USB Wi-Fi dongels. If you want to have a fast and reliable wireless internet connection, you should use modern mainboards with Wi-Fi capabilities like x570, B550 for AMD CPUs or Z590, X560, Z690 etc. for Intel. For instance the X570 Aorus Master from 2019 already supports Wi-Fi 6.
