Thank you I have severe scoliosis in an s shape. I'm trying not to get a fusion. Put being in constant pain and becoming slowly more deformed is starting to wear on my confidence. Thank you so much for your videos. Can you make me feel less alone. Videos of very helpful.❤

Thanks a lot for all your exercises.Great help. Actually I am coping with back-left shoulder-left arm pain, might be from too much swimming on the back or wrong sleeping posture. It hurts a lot between the scapulas, my 1st curve ( right side) is between them.Any idea,of a special exercise? Many thanks!

I stretch every day and it does help along with my Scroth exercises. My biggest problem right now is It feels like my Rib is catching my lung and causing shortness of breath. It's painful when it happens . Does anyone else experience this ?

That can be really common. I sometimes find the Schroth exercises too much for those with breathing problems. I would do the breathing exercises independent from the exercises for a while and see if it improves.

Hi! physiotherapist here! I recommend working on lowering your rib cage (by exhaling fully and engaging the side abs), as well as strengthening the glutes ( exercises like the glute bridge work well!) and stretching your hip flexors (like in the lunging /warrior pose). The secret is to try and keep the ribcage right on top of the pelvis!
