🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

🥺 OMG Ms Nigeria what she said about uplifting other women instead of tearing them down, I have been saying that for so long! I haven't had friends for so many years now and it's because not enough women think like us when it comes to that crucial ideology. You go girl! I totally and completely agree.

Yes, I JUST noticed that early into the video, when he is offering a bowl of goat stew to that young boy, who nervously flinches away from him, but then accepts. Sonny never for an instant took his eyes off the boys initially frightened eyes. He was all at once getting into that child's mind just by being observant and very intuitive. I think the boy almost instantly felt at ease and connected too. That impressed me. So much is learned from the eyes.

There's no difference between Africans eating bush meat or Americans eating deer, squirrels, rabbits, alligator, armadillo, all kinds of birds, and other animals that hunters hunt for, it's the same thing except for each continent has different types of animals. Although eating other primates might not be a good idea because genetically there very similar to us and could potentially carry diseases that can effect us as well.

yup! As an American myself, i was shocked to discover that many Americans eat everything you've listed including: snapping turtles, iguanas, crocodiles, mountain lions, sharks, bears, ostriches, emus, porcupines, & many more unimaginable meats. Lol.

Right. I thought it was odd to be surprised locals are eating their many food sources. They are not their pets and all the food is cooked. Except eating primates, the endangered and bats, no query.
